🔄 Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Item is past expiry (for groceries).

Products must be unused, in original packaging. Certain items (perishable, personalized) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at aribamart03@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9471500119 with order number and reason.
  2. Provide images if damaged.
  3. We will verify and share return instructions within 2 days.
  4. Pack item securely and ship to our Garhwa hub (address below).

3. Refunds

After inspection, if approved:

  • Original payment method: 5-7 business days.
  • Store credit: Instant.
  • COD: Bank transfer or store credit.

4. Replacement

If available, replacement dispatched at no extra cost after return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food (unless expired at delivery).
  • Personal care products (hygiene).
  • Digital products, gift cards.
  • Items marked "Final Sale".

6. Cancellation Refunds

Full refund if cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, return shipping may apply.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If our error, we bear cost. For change-of-mind, customer pays.

8. Garhwa Local Returns

Pickup within 24-48 hours. Refund after pickup.

We respond to return requests within 48 hours.
